Skin Solution does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction.
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.
All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Skin Solution within 24 hours of delivery. We will not issue a refund or provide a replacement for products outside of this timeframe.
